    Happy 2009!

My very first blog on my new PC. I must say, I've grown very fond of using a Mac, and changing to Windows just like that has been a bit odd. But this computer is all mine, and that should be enough motivation to get me using it.

Pebbles keeps rubbing against my back, then jumping off the chair, then jumping back on. It feels like a rocking chair sort of. The fact that I tip this chair forward when I'm using it helps.

Hey, this is also my first blog being 13. So many firsts, I scarcely know what to do. I know, let's dance! Spaz dancing is the very best kind of dancing. It's spaztastic! Muscle spasms are also spaztastic. Sometimes seizures, too, but seizures are really just extreme muscle spasms, which would in turn make them extremely spaztastic, wouldn't it? It all makes sense now. Yes, yes it does.

I have decided that I want to have Paramore music play at my funeral. "Decode" is one of my very favorite songs by them. When my mother took my brother and I to see Twilight in theaters (yes, my younger brother came, too), I kept waiting anxiously for "Decode" to play. I knew it had to play eventually, since it was on the soundtrack. So when did it play? During the ending credits while my brother and I were waiting outside the woman's bathrooms for our mother. Did you know that Twilight is Hayley Williams all-time favorite book?

I also love "Sunday Bloody Sunday" which apparently was a U2 song about an Irish war. And another song I love is "Emergency (Alternative Version)". It takes their original song from All We Know Is Falling and adds in a guy scream-echoing in the background. It scared me the first time I heard it, but I got used to the screaming guy, and we're cool now. No worries.

Want to know something weird? One of my other absolute favorite artists is Miley Cyrus, or Hannah Montana if you will (seeing as how they are clearly two different people). I'm about the only girl on this world who loves Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Paramore, Pink (the singer, not the color), and Star Wars. I have many different interests. Back to Hannah/Miley. For some reason, "It's All Right Here" sounds all crackly on my playlist on my profile on The Doll Palace, but it doesn't on Project Playlist, where the playlist was created. Maybe there was a glitch in the link or something.

Speaking of music, at the moment I am listening to "I Don't Care" by Fall Out Boy. FYI, they are NOT an emo band. Not mentioning any names -cough-PROTONJON-cough- but some people have actually thought this. Before this song, I was listening to "Bigger Than Us" by Hannah/Miley. I'm not quite sure which name it was officially recorded under.

My parents are on Second Life right now. I cannot even begin to tell you how weird it is to watch adults use chat-ese amongst themselves. And I thought it was hard enough to teach English to all the teens and youth of the technological world who have seemed to forget basic third grade English. My mom's avatars are all black cats. It's so friggin awesome. She has one with wings, an ordinary one, and a Tinies one with a cute dress, bow, and friendship bear. Aparently she also has a 7 foot gothic woman avatar, too, that I have yet to see. That should be interesting. My father just signed up. His avatar is human with black and red hair. Why do my parents have Second Life accounts, you may be wondering? Well my mother is part of it for the library she works at, and my dad is hoping to make a little money DJing. He's been DJing (in reality) since he was in high school, I believe.

I miss my friends. That was random, but so true. The last time I talked to any of my friends was last Friday on my birthday. Danae and Elyse both called to wish me a happy birthday.

I'm eating yummy Hamburger Helper right now and listening to "Burning Up" by Jonas Brothers. That reminds me, I still have to put my Jonas Brothers poster back up. It fell in the middle of the night a couple of days ago, and for the rest of the night it was over my head and made noise whenever I moved. I just tossed it on the floor in the morning and have been to lazy to put it back up.

And speaking of putting things up, I have to take down my calendar. It was the kind of calendar where you fill in all of the days and months. It was completely blank, with the exception of the pretty pictures corresponding with each month. Now I need another year supply of calendars, and you know how hard those are to get.

So I leave you with this, I really have to blow my nose. No, seriously. That's actually why I'm stopping (that and this blog is getting pretty long). I hope you all are happy, now that my newest blog isn't about the election, which took place two months ago. You're welcome.
