November 05 OMG. OBAMA WON!! Yeah, he won. -whispers "Yes!" while clenching fist- Yes, well, this year has certainly been a first for me politics wise. First meaning the first year I actually knew anything about the elections and actually kept myself updated. I suppose my age would be the reason for that. I was only eight the last election, so I didn't really understand politics. Now I don't completely understand it, but I know much, much more than I could've ever imagined four years ago. And as you might have assumed, I was an Obama supporter the entire race. Well, in the Obama/Biden vs McCain/Palin race I supported Obama, but if I were to actually vote, I might've voted for McKinney/Clemente. Yes, strangely enough, there are actually women in politics that I support. From this you might conclude that I dislike Sarah Palin. No. I hate Sarah Palin. H-A-T-E, HATE! If she runs for president in 2012, I think my head will explode. What's crazy is that my best, best friends think she's the greatest thing since air. Let's move away from the crazy world of politics for a moment and talk about Barack Obama. Lol. As weird as it is, seeing as how he's a politician, he actually seems like a man who you'd want to eat dinner with. I mean don't get me wrong, John McCain seems like a very approachable man, but not someone I'd ever want at my dinner table to small talk over potatoes and peas with. One day when I'm either married to Joe Jonas or Boba Fett (depending on which is more "realistic"), I'll have Chinese with Obama. I hope he likes rice. Yummy.
